PPP January Blog Hop I'll Bee Yours

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities February Blog Hop as we showcase the beautiful "I'll Bee Yours" kit. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! Demonstrators as they share their wonderful alternative projects using supplies from this amazing kit.
My card design this month is a clean and simple note card using the Very Vanilla Note Cards & Envelopes (item #107300) from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. To create this design, I used the stamp images from the exclusive stamp set in the kit with Rococo Rose Classic ink.
The background of the note card has been embossed using the pretty Country Floral 3D Embossing Folder (item #151823) to add texture. I stamped the heart image and the thank you sentiment from the stamp set onto Very Vanilla cardstock with Rococo Rose Classic ink and punched it out using the regular Heart Punch from the Heart Punch Pack (item #151292) from the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog. I layered the stamped heart onto a scalloped heart punched out from Rococo Rose cardstock using the Scalloped Heart Punch from the punch pack. I attached the heart to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals towards the center of the card front.
To complete the card design, I added two of the pretty pink flower sequins to the card base to add a touch of bling. For the envelope, I stamped the small flower trio image with Rococo Rose Classic ink onto the front in the bottom left corner for a touch of color. I love this color combination and the simple elegance of this card design. You could create a lovely card set with the note cards and matching envelopes to give as a gift.
I hope that you have enjoyed my alternative card design idea and I hope it inspires you to use the images in the stamp set to create pretty projects. There are so many possibilities with this kit beyond Valentine's Day to explore.

What's New At SU January Blog Hop Peaceful Poppies Suite

It's time to hop along with the What's New At SU Blog Hop as we showcase the amazing Peaceful Poppies Suite from the new January-June 2020 Mini Catalog. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! Demonstrators as they share their ideas and projects to help inspire you.
My card design today features the Painted Poppies Bundle (item #153827) along with the Peaceful Moments stamp set (item #151595) to create this elegant thank you card. For my color combination, I chose Blushing Bride, Smoky Slate, Basic Black and Whisper White to create a clean and simple design with non-traditional colors.
To create this card, I chose Smoky Slate cardstock for the card base and added a layer of Blushing Bride cardstock that I embossed with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder from the Power of Hope Bundle (item #152318), a Sale-a-bration product that you can earn Free with a qualifying order. I love the texture this embossing folder adds to the background.
The poppies and leaves images from the Painted Poppies stamp set were stamped with Versamark ink onto Whisper White cardstock and I heat embossed them with Shimmer Black Embossing Powder. I die cut them with the coordinating dies from the Painted Labels Dies and water colored the poppies with Blushing Bride Classic ink and the leaves with Soft Sea Foam Classic ink using an Aquapainter. I die cut a large label from Smoky Slate cardstock and the smaller label from Whisper White cardstock.
Using Silver embossing powder, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (item #151595)onto the Whisper White label. I die cut the border from Basic Black cardstock and attached it to the bottom of the Smoky Slate label and attached the layered labels to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I attached the poppies and leaves with Stampin' Dimensionals to the card front so that they overlapped the label. To complete the design, I added some shimmer to the poppies and leaves with Clear Wink of Stella and colored two of the Basic Pearls with the Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blends Marker and added them to the opposite corners for a touch of bling.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that my card design will inspire you to explore the wonderful products in this beautiful suite and inspire you to create your own projects.

SBTD January Blog Hop Celebration

Welcome to the Stampers By the Dozen (SBTD) January Blog Hop with our theme of Celebration. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world as we showcase products and ideas to help inspire you to create your own projects.
For my celebration card design, I chose to create a birthday card using the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Sending You Thoughts (item #152297), which you can earn for Free with a qualifying $50 order during Sale-a-bration. I paired it with the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper (item #152311) which is another Sale-a-bration product you can earn with a qualifying $50 order.
I love the combination of Basic Black, Whisper White and Gold Foil. I used Basic Black cardstock for the card base and added a layer of the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper to create the background. I die cut the swirl circle die cut from Gold Foil using the Painted Labels Dies (item #151605) and attached it to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
To create the sentiment, I die cut a label using one of the dies from the Painted Labels dies from Basic Black cardstock and heat embossed the birthday sentiment from the Sending You Thoughts stamp set with Gold Embossing Powder. I attached the label to the card using Snail adhesive on the back of one end to attach it to the Gold Foil circle and Stampin' Dimensionals on the other end to attach it to the card front.
For the finishing touch, I added two of the Gold flower sequins from the Peaceful Poppies Sequins (item #151325) to the sentiment label with Mini Glue Dots to add a little bling. The Gold Foil details in this card design are great for stepping up this clean and simple card design and adding a touch of elegance. It's a great card design to help celebrate a special occasion.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that my card design helps inspire you to explore using designer series paper to step up your projects for the special people in your life. Sale-a-bration ends March 31st, so now is a great time to earning your favorite products for Free with a qualifying order.
