Kylie's Demonstrator Training Monthly Team Blog Hop March 2020

 Today's card is a bright and cheerful clean and simple card design featuring the new Rise & Shine stamp set (item #152303) from the Sale-a-bration 2nd Release. I love the fun images and sentiments that are perfect for creating projects to help brighten someone's day. I combined this stamp set with the coordinating Cup of Cheer Dies (item #151150) that carried over from the 2019 Holiday Catalog and the dies work perfectly with the images in this stamp set. 

 For my card design, I used Coastal Cabana cardstock for my card base and added a layer of Bermuda Bay cardstock that I embossed using the Stone 3D Embossing Folder from the Power of Hope Bundle (item #152318)  from the Sale-a-bration Catalog. I love the texture that this embossing folder adds to the background. I die cut a label using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (item #149638) from Pool Party cardstock to create the focal design for my card. 

To create the cup, I stamped the image from the Rise & Shine stamp set with Mango Melody Classic ink onto Whisper White cardstock and embellished it with the small flower image from the Thoughtful Blooms stamp set (item #152290), also using Mango Melody Classic ink. I die cut the cup image using the coordinating die from the Cup of Cheer Die set (item #151150). I stamped one of the larger flowers onto a scrap of Whisper White cardstock using the same ink and punched it out using the coordinating Small Blossom Punch (item #152316). I attached it to the center of the circle of the cup with a Stampin' Dimensional and embellished it with a Basic Rhinestone.

The sentiment was stamped onto the bottom of the label using Bermuda Bay Classic ink and I stamped the steam image twice towards the top of the label using Pool Party Classic ink, so that the images slightly overlapped. I added the die cut cup to the label with Stampin' Dimensionals so that the steam appears to come out of the top of the cup.

What's New At SU January Blog Hop Peaceful Poppies Suite

It's time to hop along with the What's New At SU Blog Hop as we showcase the amazing Peaceful Poppies Suite from the new January-June 2020 Mini Catalog. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! Demonstrators as they share their ideas and projects to help inspire you. 

 My card design today features the Painted Poppies Bundle (item #153827) along with the Peaceful Moments stamp set (item #151595) to create this elegant thank you card. For my color combination, I chose Blushing Bride, Smoky Slate, Basic Black and Whisper White to create a clean and simple design with non-traditional colors. 

 To create this card, I chose Smoky Slate cardstock for the card base and added a layer of Blushing Bride cardstock that I embossed with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder from the Power of Hope Bundle (item #152318), a Sale-a-bration product that you can earn Free with a qualifying order. I love the texture this embossing folder adds to the background. 

The poppies and leaves images from the Painted Poppies stamp set were stamped with Versamark ink onto Whisper White cardstock and I heat embossed them with Shimmer Black Embossing Powder. I die cut them with the coordinating dies from the Painted Labels Dies and water colored the poppies with Blushing Bride Classic ink and the leaves with Soft Sea Foam Classic ink using an Aquapainter. I die cut a large label from Smoky Slate cardstock and the smaller label from Whisper White cardstock. 

Using Silver embossing powder, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (item #151595)onto the Whisper White label. I die cut the border from Basic Black cardstock and attached it to the bottom of the Smoky Slate label and attached the layered labels to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I attached the poppies and leaves with Stampin' Dimensionals to the card front so that they overlapped the label. To complete the design, I added some shimmer to the poppies and leaves with Clear Wink of Stella and colored two of the Basic Pearls with the Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blends Marker and added them to the opposite corners for a touch of bling.

We Create New Year New Products Blog Hop

Happy New Year everyone. It's time to welcome in a new year with new products from the 2020 Sale-a-bration Catalog. Sale-a-bration is a wonderful time to be creative and earn Free products with qualifying orders. I hope that my card design today will help you to get excited about creating new projects as we start 2020. 

 Today's card design is a sweet clean and simple card to send to someone special to let them know that you are thinking of them featuring the Little Ladybug stamp set from the Sale-a-bration Catalog. This stamp set is a special reward you can earn for Free when you host a qualifying party during Sale-a-bration. I have paired it with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder which is a part of the Power of Hope Bundle (item #152318) that you can earn for Free with a qualifying order.  I chose to use a Basic Black cardstock base and added a layer of Real Red cardstock that I embossed with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder to add texture. The focal layer was created using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (item #149638) by die cutting the larger layer from Basic Black cardstock and the smaller layer from Whisper White cardstock. 

I stamped the ladybug image and sentiment from the Little Ladybug stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and I colored the ladybug image with Real Red, Pineapple Punch, Calypso Coral and Basic Black Stampin' Blends Markers. To embellish the label, I added two of the small black flower sequins from the Peaceful Poppies Sequins (item #151325) from the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog using Mini Glue Dots. I colored two of the small Basic Pearls using the Dark Real Red Stampin' Blends Marker and added them to the center of each sequin. 

The Little Ladybug stamp set is so versatile and I love the variety of sentiments and images that provide so many wonderful possibilities. I hope that you have enjoyed my simple card design today and I hope that it inspires you to create your own cards to send out to the people you love.
