PPP March Blog Hop Here's To You

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities (aka PPP) Blog Hop as we showcase alternative projects created with the March Paper Pumpkin Kit, Here's To You. We hope you will take the time to hop along with us and be inspired to create your own wonderful projects.
Today I am sharing two card designs I created using the envelope liners from the kit along with the images from the exclusive stamp set. I love that I was able to create both a masculine and a feminine birthday card that are fun and simple to create.
Card #1
Masculine Birthday Card
Pretty Peacock Card Base from kit (or you can use a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock measuring 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4")
Cut the Geometric Design envelope liner to 4" x 5 1/4" and attach to the front of the card base
Stamp the trees image onto a square of Basic White cardstock (die cut with the Layering Squares Dies) with Pretty Peacock and Old Olive Classic Ink
Stamp birds image with the Seaside Spray Classic Ink
Attach to a Pretty Peacock cardstock square (die cut with Layering Squares Dies).
Wrap a piece of the Bakers Twine from the kit around the square twice and tie at the front
Stamp sentiment to one of the sentiment labels from the kit with Pretty Peacock Classic ink.
Create a banner with the Old Olive label from the kit and attach to the card front. Add the sentiment on top with Mini Dimensionals.
Attach the focal square to the card front with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals
Card #2
Feminine Birthday Card
Petal Pink cardstock card base - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")
Cut the floral envelope liner to 5 1/4" x 4" and attach to front of the card base

Stamp the floral image on the larger oval and the sentiment of the smaller oval
Die cut two Petal Pink scalloped ovals and layer the Basic White ovals on top

Today I am sharing a pretty Easter Treat Box created using the Mini Pizza Boxes (item #144645) which I decorated with Purple Posy Designer Series Paper from the 2019-2021 In Color 6"x6" Designer Series Paper (item #153071). I used the Brilliant Wings Dies to create the beautiful layered butterfly on the top of the box and the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set (item #151331).

The Mini Pizza Boxes are easy to decorate and work well for a variety of occasions. Stamping With Friends March Blog Hop National Pet Day

This is my first month hopping with the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop and I am so happy to be a part of their March Blog Hop. Today we are sharing projects to celebrate a National Day in March or April to help inspire you.
The National Day I chose to showcase is National Pet Day which is on April 11th. Our family has a dog and three cats, so we are definitely pet lovers and the retiring Playful Pets Suite (item #154136) is perfect for creating cards with this theme. I decided to create a card design with one of the dogs in this suite to create a fun card that would work for a variety of occasions. I love the vibrant Real Red, Basic Black and Basic White color combination that I chose from the colors in the Playful Pets Designer Series Paper (item #152489).
Products Used:
Pampered Pets Bundle (item #154069)
Layering Squares Dies (item #151772) Retiring
Stitched Nested Labels Dies (item #149638) Retiring
Playful Pets Designer Series Paper (item #152489) Retiring
Thick Basic White Cardstock (item #159229)
Basic White Cardstock (item #159276)
Real Red Cardstock (item #102482)
Basic Black Cardstock (item #121045)
Memento Tuxedo Black Pad (item #132708)
Versamark Pad (item #102283)
White Embossing Powder (item #109132)
Real Red Stampin' Blends Combo Pack (item #154899)
Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack (item #152466)
Playful Pets Trinkets (item #152465)
Stampin' Dimensionals (item #104430)
Measurements:
Thick Basic White Cardstock
Card Base - 8 1/2" x 51/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")
Basic White Cardstock
Square die cut with Layering Squares Dies
Small piece for stamped and die cut image with the
Pampered Pets Bundle
Real Red Cardstock
Layer 1- 5 1/4" x 4"
Scalloped Square die cut with Layering Squares Dies
Playful Pets Designer Series Paper
Background Layer - 5" x 3 3/4"
Dog image die cut with Pets Dies
Basic Black Cardstock
Sentiment Label die cut with Nested Labels Dies
This clean and simple card design is easy to create and would work well with your choice of dog image from the Playful Pets Designer Series Paper. I chose this sweet puppy because there is a die in the Pets Dies that die cuts this particular image so that I didn't have to worry about fussy cutting. The bowl was stamped onto Basic White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and I colored the image with the Real Red Stampin' Blends Combo Pack. I fussy cut the bowl with my Paper Snips and attached both the dog image and the bowl to the Basic White square with Stampin' Dimensionals to pop them up. For the sentiment label, I trimmed off one end of the Basic Black label and heat embossed the sentiment with White embossing powder. To step up the design, I added one of the Playful Pets trinkets (the bone) and tied a bow with the Black and White Bakers Twine from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack. I attached the bone to the sentiment label with a Mini Glue Dot. The bright, bold colors make this card perfect for all ages and is sure to brighten someone's day.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that my card design inspires you to create your own fun designs. Don't forget to check out the retiring products in the Last Chance Products Sale and stock up on your favorites before they disappear.

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share March Monthly Blog Hop as we showcase masculine project ideas to help inspire. You will be visiting with talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world as they share their ideas that will help you create your own wonderful projects for the men in your life.
Today I decided to create a card using the Soar Confidently stamp set (item #154531) from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. I love the vintage images in this stamp set and the sentiments work well for a variety of occasions. I paired it with one of the Night of Navy patterns from the retiring Neutrals 6"x6" Designer Series Paper (item #152485) to create a tailored look to my card design. I love the contrast between Night of Navy and Merry Merlot and I added Silver embossing to step up the design.
Products Used:
Soar Confidently stamp set (item #154531)
Stitched Shapes Dies (item #152323) Retiring
Layering Ovals Dies (item #151771) Retiring

Versamark Pad (item #102283)
Silver Embossing Powder (item #109131) Retiring
Playing With Patterns Ribbon Combo (item #152468) Retiring
Metallic Pearls (item #146282)
Measurements:
Merry Merlot Cardstock
Card Base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")
Scalloped Oval die cut with Layering Ovals Dies
Nested Label die cut with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies
Night of Navy Cardstock
Stitched Oval die cut with Stitched Shapes Dies
Nested Label die cut with Stitched Nested Labels Dies
Night Of Navy Designer Series Paper
Background Layer 5 1/4" x 4"

This clean and simple card design has a tailored look to it created with the stitched detail on the die cuts and I added some Night Of Navy Ribbon from the Playing With Patterns Ribbon Combo, to add a tone on tone texture to the background. The Silver embossing and Silver Metallic Pearls help step up the design for that special occasion. The Merry Merlot adds a nice pop of color to the card with the Night of Navy for a classical card design.
