Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Color Challenge Week 45 - Calypso Coral

Welcome to Week 45 of the Monochromatic Color Challenge as we showcase Calypso Coral from the Subtles Collection. This beautiful color is so versatile and I thought it would be fun to use it create a lovely Fall themed Thank You card.
For today's card design, I chose to use the Simply Zinnia Bundle and I chose to use Stampin' Blends Markers to help bring the floral image to life. They are one of my favorite coloring mediums and I just love how pretty and vibrant the colors are. All occasion card designs are great to have on hand and Thank You cards are something I use throughout the year, so it helps to have a stash on hand for when I need them.

Card Front - 5 1/4" x 4"
Basic White Cardstock
Floral image stamped and die cut with the Simply Zinnia Bundle
Sentiment Label die cut with the Deckled Rectangles Dies
This pretty Thank You card is simple to create and the great thing is that you only need one stamp set to have everything you need. I chose to use the large single blossom image to create a tone on tone background on the card front to add subtle texture to the design. For the focal image, I stamped the image using Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White cardstock and colored the image with Stampin' Blends Markers. I used the coordinating die to die cut the image and attached it to the card front. For the sentiment, I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black ink onto the Basic White sentiment label that I die cut using the Deckled Rectangles Dies. I love the uneven edges that these dies create and it adds a vintage feel to the label. To complete the card design, I added several Iridescent Foil Gems for a touch of bling. This clean and simple card design would work well for a variety of occasions to add to your card stash. 163480

We Create November Blog Hop Gratitude & Gatherings

Welcome to the We Create November Blog Hop as we celebrate Gratititude & Gatherings. Here in the U.S. we celebrate Thanksgiving at the end of November and it's the perfect time to send out cards to the people we love to let them know how much we appreciate them. Our Design Team is excited to share their projects to help inspire you to create your own beautiful projects to send to the people you care about.
One of my favorite new Fall themed bundles would have to be the Autumn Expressions Bundle. I love the beautiful sentiments with their elegant fonts and the images are perfect for creating gorgeous Fall cards for a variety of occasions. Today I paired this bundle with one of the designs from the Iconic Celebrations 6"x6" Designer Series Paper to add some wonderful texture to the background. The Gold Foil die cuts help step up the design and coordinate perfectly with the Gold embossing. This is a beautiful card to send at this time of year to let people know how much you appreciate them in your life.
Products Used:
Autumn Expressions Bundle
Everyday Details Dies
Iconic Celebrations 6"x6" Designer Series Paper
Gold Foil Sheets
Pecan Pie Cardstock
Versamark Pad
Metallics Wow Embossing Powders
Pecan Pie 3/8" Center Stripe Ribbon (item #162744)
Gold Textured Adhesive Backed Dots (item #164027)
Stampin' Dimensionals (item #104430)
Measurements:
Pecan Pie Cardstock
Card Base - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")

Iconic Celebrations Designer Series Paper
Card Front - 5 1/4" x 4"
Gold Foil Sheets
2 Leaves die cut with the Autumn Expressions Dies
3 Foliage Stems die cut with the Autumn Expressions Dies
This clean and simple card has a touch of elegance to it and I love how the sentiment is the focal point of the design. The Gold embossing looks beautiful on the Pecan Pie cardstock and works well with the plaid card front. The leaves die cuts have wonderful detail which also adds additonal texture to the design. I added a piece of Pecan Pie Center Stripe Ribbon around the center of the card front and several Gold Textured Adhesive Backed Dots to complete the card design. Isn't this a beautiful Fall themed card design?

Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Color Challenge Week 43 - Petal Pink

Welcome to week 43 of the Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Color Challenge. It's hard to believe we only have a few more weeks left with just a handful of colors to complete the challenge. This week we are showcasing Petal Pink, one of my favorite pinks and one that I use a lot for so many occasions. I hope that my card design will help inspire you to give Petal Pink a second look and maybe you will love it as much as I do.
For this week's card design, I wanted to create a Fall themed design with a bit of a twist. Petal Pink has a slightly orange tint to it which works well for this season and I thought it was a softer tone than the usual Pumpkin Pie that we often associate with Fall. I love hot cocoa and I thought it would be perfect to use for my card design. For this card design, I paired the new More Than Autumn Bundle with the Country Lace Designer Series Paper to create a yummy card that shows just how much I love the recipient of this card.
Products Used:
More Than Autumn Bundle (item #164076)
Stylish Shapes Dies (item #159183)
Country Lace Designer Series Paper (item #163415)
Petal Pink Cardstock (item #146985)
Pecan Pie Cardstock (item #161717)
Basic White Cardstock (item #159276)
Petal Pink Classic Ink Pad (item #147108)
Pecan Pie Classic Ink Pad (item #161665)
Petal Pink Stampin' Blends Combo Pack (item #154893)
Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends Combo Pack (item #161674)
Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots (item #163464)
Stampin' Dimensionals (item #104430)
Measurements:
Petal Pink Cardstock
Card Base - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")
Small Heart die cut with the More Than Autumn Dies
Pecan Pie Cardstock
Hot Cocoa die cut with the More Than Autumn Dies
Basic White Cardstock
Layer 1 - 5 1/4" x 4"
Medium Circle die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies
Hot Cocoa images stamped and die cut with the More Than Autumn Bundle
Sentiment Label strip - 1/2" x 3"
Country Lace Designer Series Paper
Card Front - 5" x 3 3/4"
For today's card design, I chose to pair Petal Pink with Pecan Pie to create a warm, welcoming design. I thought that Pecan Pie was the perfect color to represent hot cocoa and used the Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends Combo Pack to color the cup image to give it that rich cocoa feel. Instead of stamped the hot cocoa sentiment, I chose to use the detailed dies from the More Than Autumn Bundle to die cut the sentiment from Pecan Pie cardstock and I love the way it pops on the Petal Pink designer series paper. I wanted to keep the layer out pretty simple and let the focal image and sentiments tell the story. I love the subtle texture that the designer series paper adds to the background without being overwhelming. To complete the card design, I added two of the Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots, that just happen to be Petal Pink, for a subtle touch of bling. For some people, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are there thing, but for me it is Hot Cocoa all the way. So whoever receives this beautiful card, they will know just how much I love them.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I hope that this cute card design will help inspire you to explore using Petal Pink in your creative projects. There are so many wonderful options available to help spark your creativity.
Please take a moment to visit this week's Monochromatic Insta Hop and see all the amazing projects showcasing Petal Pink. Just click here to get started. Global Stamping Friends October Blog Hop Changing Seasons

Welcome to the Global Stamping Friends October Blog Hop as we explore this month's theme of Changing Seasons. Autumn is a upon us which means we are experiencing the wonderful colors with the changing of the leaves here in Colorado and it's fun to plan for the upcoming events that make this time of year special. Our wonderful Design Team will be sharing their projects and ideas to help you get in the spirit of this new season and spark your creativity.
One of my favorite things about Fall is getting the chance to play with the rich warm colors that we often think of at this time of year. For my clean and simple card design, I chose to use Wild Wheat and Copper Clay to create that warm feeling of Fall. I chose to use the Changing Leaves Bundle with the beautiful Regal Winter Designer Series Paper to create this elegant design. I love this color combination and the floral background adds wonderful texture to the design. This card design would work well for so many occasions to celebrate the season.
Products Used:
Changing Leaves Bundle (item #164139)
Regal Winter Designer Series Paper (item #164156)
Wild Wheat Cardstock (item #161725)
Copper Clay Cardstock (item #161721)
Basic White Cardstock (item #159276)
Copper Clay Classic Ink Pad (item #161647)
Gold Textured Adhesive Backed Dots (item #164027)
Stampin' Dimensionals (item #104430)
Measurements:
Wild Wheat Cardstock
Card Base - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")
Copper Clay Cardstock
2 Detailed Leaves die cut with the Changing Leaves Dies
Basic White Cardstock
Sentiment Label die cut with the Changing Leaves Dies
Regal Winter Designer Series Paper
Card Front - 5 1/4" x 4"
Wild Wheat is one of those colors that can take a little warming up to but once you do, you will see that it is a perfect Fall color. When you combine it with Copper Clay, you have this wonderful combination that works beautifully to create a clean and simple card. The design from the Regal Winter Designer Series Paper is so pretty and adds subtle texture to the background without being overwhelming. I love the detailed leaves die cuts and they really pop against the background. I stamped the sentiment with Copper Clay Classic ink onto the Basic White label and added it to the card front, adhering the leaves so they create a frame. To complete the card design, I added several Gold Textured Adhesive Backed Dots for a touch of bling.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I hope that my card design will help spark your creativity and explore creating your own fun projects to celebrate the season. There are so many wonderful options available.

Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Color Challenge Week 37 - Crushed Curry

Happy Friday everyone. This week we are showcasing Crushed Curry from the Regals Collection for Week 37 of the Monochromatic Color Challenge. This gorgeous yellow is perfect for Fall, so I thought I would create a beautiful clean and simple card design to celebrate the new season.
For today's design, I chose to use the new Autumn Expressions Bundle, one of my new favorites from the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog. I paired it with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder to add some subtle texture to the background layer. This card design is all about Crushed Curry with just a touch of Gold Foil to help step up the design.
Products Used:
Autumn Expressions Bundle (item #164056)
Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder (item #159847)
Crushed Curry Cardstock (item #115319)
Basic White Cardstock (item #159276)
Gold Foil Sheets (item #132622)
Crushed Curry Classic Ink Pad (item #147087)
Stampin' Dimensionals (item #104430)
Blender Pens (item #102845)
Measurements:
Crushed Curry Cardstock
Card Base - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (Scored at 4 1/4")
Card Front - 5 1/4" x 4" Embossed with the Leaf Fall Embossing Folder
Basic White Cardstock
Sentiment Label stamped & die cut with the Autumn Expressions Bundle
2 Leaves stamped & die cut with the Autumn Expressions Bundle
Gold Foil Sheets
Detailed Leaves die cut with the Autumn Expressions Dies
This beautiful clean and simple card design showcases the versatility of this wonderful yellow. I love the tone on tone design created with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder which adds subtle texture to the background. I stamped the two leaves using Crushed Curry Classic ink onto Basic White cardstock and used a Blender Pen to blend the ink to add soft color to the leaves. I die cut them out using the coordinating dies as well as the detailed leaves from a piece of Gold Foil. For the sentiment, I stamped the image with Crushed Curry Classic ink onto the Basic White label. I love the contrast between the Crushed Curry card front and the Basic White sentiment label to help bring this design to life. This card design would work well for a variety of occasions including Thanksgiving.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I hope that my card design will help inspire you to explore using Crushed Curry in your future projects, especially for Fall. There are so many wonderful possibilities for you to try.

There is so much to love about Fall and there are some amazing new products to explore in the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog to help spark your creativity.
I have fallen in love with the new Splendid Autumn 6"x 6" Designer Series Paper and all the beautiful designs that help celebrate this wonderful time of the year. For today's card, I chose to use sentiments from the new More Than Autumn stamp set. Both of these products can be found in the new mini catalog and will open the door to new possibilities.

This beautiful clean and simple card design is perfect for sending to someone just to let them know you are thinking of them.
