3D Paper Trimmer Blog Hop Celebrate Sale-a-bration

So when I created my project, I was in a hurry and missed that the theme was for the new Sale-a-bration Catalog products and chose to use one of the new suites in the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog. Oops, my bad. The good news is that you get a wonderful project to create for Valentine's Day and if you order at least $50 in products during Sale-a-bration, you can choose a Free Sale-a-bration product. So with that in mind, for my project today, I chose a cute treat box from the new January-June 2022 Mini Catalog that is already precut and scored for you and even has the adhesive strips on the sides for easy assembly. They are great for Valetine's Day but would also be perfect for any occasion as a way to show someone you care.

This adorable little treat box measures 3 1/2' x 2 1/2" x 5/8" and is easy to decorate. I used products from the new Sweet Talk Suite Collection as they all coordinate beautifully to make decorating stress free and simple. I added the two pieces of designer series paper to the box, one on the front and one on the back. I tied a piece of the pretty Real Red Faux Linen around the middle of the box and tied a knot on the right side of the front of the box. I stamped three hearts onto a piece of Basic White cardstock - 2 with Highland Heather Classic ink and one with the Memento Tuxedo Black ink for the outline with sentiment and then with the Blushing Bride Classic ink to color the inside. I die cut them with the coordinating Sweet Hearts Dies from the bundle and also die cut a banner using Real Red cardstock. I cut the banner in half and attached one half above the ribbon and one half below the ribbon. I then attached the two Highland Heather hearts to cover the open area and added the Blushing Bride heart with Stampin' Dimensionals in the middle. To embellish, I used the wonderful Iridescent Rhinestones to add a touch of bling to each of the hearts. This pretty little box would be a wonderful treat to give out for Valentine's Day and with 10 boxes in the pack, you could create multiple designs to make them extra special.

3D Paper Trimmer June Blog Hop Box It Up

Welcome to the 3D Paper Trimmer June Blog Hop with our theme "Box It Up".  You will be visiting with talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world as they share their projects and ideas to help inspire you to create your own fun 3D projects. 

Today I decided to create a fun treat box to celebrate the upcoming 4th of July holiday. As we start to get back to a more normal way of life, I thought it would be fun to share these with family and friends. To create the focal star, I actually used the Christmas Trimmings Dies from the Tidings & Trimmings Bundle, using Misty Moonlight and Basic White cardstock and for the background, I used a piece of Real Red Designer Series Paper from the Regals 6"x6" Designer Series Paper. I love the way it gives the look of a picnic blanket and really helps to make the star pop. This cute treat box idea is from fellow Stampin' Up! This box is easy to assemble by following the directions in the video and the opening flap at the top of the box provides a great way to fill this treat box with wonderful goodies. I love this color combination and it fits perfectly with the July 4th Independence Day holiday. I layered the detailed Basic White star on top of the large Misty Moonlight star to add detail and contrast and I love the way it pops against the Real Red designer series paper background. I used the smaller stars to embellish the tag and heat embossed the sentiment from the Nothing's Better Than stamp set with Silver embossing powder. For a touch of bling, I added Basic Rhinestones to finish off the design.

3D Paper Trimmer September Blog Hop August-December 2020 Mini Catalog

Today I am sharing a cute treat box created with the Ghoulish Goodies stamp set paired with the Magic In This Night Designer Series Paper from the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog. I decorated one of the Acetate Card Boxes (item #144628) from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog as a fun Trick or Treat idea for Halloween.

Rich Razzleberry cardstock - for scalloped circle die cut

This treat box is simple to decorate as the acetate card box is already assembled ready to go. I wrapped the strip of designer series paper around the center of the box and attached the ends together with adhesive. I then wrapped a piece of the Metallic Mesh Ribbon around the designer series paper layer and tied a bow on the left side of the front of the box. Using the stamp images from the Ghoulish Goodies stamp set, I decorated the Whisper White circle die cut and then layered it onto the Basic Black cardstock circle. I attached these circles to the Rich Razzleberry scalloped circle die cut with Black Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up. I then attached the focal image to the designer series paper with Black Stampin' Dimensionals next to the bow. To make it easier to photograph, I added a piece of green tissue paper inside the box for a pop of color. You can fill this treat box with candy or with a small gift. There are so many wonderful possibilities for this easy to assemble treat box.

GSF Blog Hop Treat Holders

It's time to hop along with the Global Stamping Friends (GSF) October Blog Hop as we share ideas for creating fun Treat Holders just in time for the holidays. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world as they share their projects to help inspire you. I hope you enjoy the treat ideas we are sharing this month. 

 Today I am sharing a cute treat idea using the Mini Pizza Boxes (item #144645) from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. These boxes are so easy to decorate and are very versatile. I colored the outside of the box using a piece of sponge and Memento Tuxedo Black ink to transform the white pizza box to black. 

 To decorate the box, I used a piece of the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper (item #150447) from the 2019 Holiday Catalog. I cut a 3 1/4" square piece for the top of the box and three 3 1/4" x 3/4" strips for the sides. I attached the designer series paper pieces with Snail adhesive to the box.

 Using the Spooktacular Bash Bundle (item #153040), I stamped the mummy image onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock and colored the image using Stampin' Blends Markers. I die cut the image using the coordinating die from the Ornate Frames dies which is included in the bundle. I layered the die cut image onto the detailed frame die cut from Basic Black cardstock and attached it to the top of the box with Black Stampin' Dimensionals (item #150893). I added two googly eyes to the mummy image from the Assorted Googly Eyes pack (item #150453) with Mini Glue Dots. I added a bow tied with the Basic Black 3/8" Scalloped Edge Ribbon (item #150449) to the top of the detailed frame with a Mini Glue dot to finish it off.

To create the sentiment, I stamped the image from the Spooktacular Bash stamp set onto Pumpkin Pie cardstock with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with Shimmer Black Embossing Powder. I die cut the sentiment with the coordinating die and attached it to the top of the box with Black Stampin' Dimensionals, overlapping the mummy image slightly.

The last step to decorating this cute treat box was to add the Basic Black 3/8" Scalloped Edge ribbon around the top edge of the sides of the box, slightly overlapping the designer series paper strips. I just love the way this ribbon coordinates with the paper and adds the finishing touch to the treat box.
