Welcome to Kylie Bertucci's November International Blog Highlights and I am excited to share with you my Thank You card that I created for today's blog hop. You will have the opportunity to visit with talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world as they share their beautiful projects to help inspire you.
For my card design today, I wanted to showcase one of the beautiful designs from the One Horse Open Sleigh 6"x6" Designer Series Paper, which can be found in the Online Exclusives section of my Online Store. I wanted to create the appearance of looking out a window at a Winter scene outside, including a cute little deer. For the window opening, I chose to use the Garden Meadow Dies, one of the new Online Exclusive products that will be available to order starting tomorrow, November 7th. I love the embossed detail the die creates that adds subtle texture to the design. This simple layout would work well with many of the designs from this paper pack to create a variety of cards for all occasions.

This clean and simple card design is easy to create with just a few supplies. I used the new Garden Meadow Dies to create the window opening from the Early Espresso card front and I also die cut the coordinating insert from the designer series paper layer using the same die. I attached the Early Espresso card front to the Gray Granite card base with Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up. I then added the designer series paper insert inside the opening with adhesive to the front of the card base to create the Winter scene. For the sentiment, I heat embossed the Thank You image with Copper embossing powder onto Gray Granite cardstock and die cut it out with the Deckled Rectangles Dies. I gently sponged the edges of the die cut label with Gray Granite Classic ink using a Sponge Dauber to add some dimension to the label. I then gently applied Versamark ink to the edges of the label and heat embossed them with Copper embossing powder to coordinate with the sentiment. I attached the sentiment to the bottom left corner with Stampin' Dimensionals. To finish off the card, I added several Copper Snowflakes to the sentiment label and card front and added Copper Metallic Dots to the centers to complete the design.
