Ink. Stamp. Share. May Monthly Blog Hop Something New

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share. June Monthly Blog Hop as we showcase something new to inspire you with your creative projects. With the release of the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog earlier this month, there are so many wonderful new products to explore. You will be visiting with talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world as they share their ideas and projects to help spark your creativity.
With Spring in the air, I am really enjoying the pretty color combinations in the new Pattern Party 12"x12" Designer Series Paper, which is a Host Reward you can earn Free with a qualifying party. This wonderful rainbow stripe design is so cheerful and I thought it was perfect to pair with the new Count On Me stamp set from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. I love the sweet images and wonderful sentiments in this stamp set. There are so many great ways to combine these products to create a variety of card designs.

This clean and simple card design is easy to assemble and you can create different designs by changing the designer series paper for the background as well as the images and sentiments in the stamp set. For this design, I chose the cute pair of koalas and stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the Basic White label and colored the images with Smoky Slate Stampin' Combo Pack. To add highlights to the ears and stomach, I used the Color Lifter to soften the color. For the sentiment, I used Pool Party Classic ink to stamp the image onto die cut label. I attached the focal image and sentiment to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals and added Basic Rhinestones for a touch of bling. This card design is a wonderful way to brighten someone's day.
