Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities April Blog Hop as we showcase alternative project ideas using the My Wonderful Family kit. This beautiful kit is perfect for what we are all currently facing and I love the wonderful sentiments that work for so many occasions.
For my alternative card design, I chose to use the images from the exclusive stamp set to create my card. I chose Highland Heather cardstock for the card base and added a layer of Whisper White cardstock as a matte for the Gorgeous Grape cardstock layer. I heat embossed the leaves image with Shimmer White Embossing powder, stamping the image in each corner to create a pretty background design. I also embossed the delicate butterflies image on to the background twice to fill in the blank spaces. For the sentiment, I heat embossed the image from the exclusive stamp set, once again using Shimmer White Embossing Powder and added the butterflies image on either side to complete the design. For a touch of bling, I added small Basic Pearls to the design to finish it off.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that my card design shows how easy it is to create beautiful cards with this wonderful kit, even after you have created the projects. There are so many wonderful possibilities.
