Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop Christmas

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share. December Blog Hop as we explore the theme " Christmas, Anything Goes". You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world as they share their project ideas to help you with your Christmas projects.
My card design today is a fun Christmas card  featuring non-traditional Christmas colors. I had so much fun using products from the Let It Snow Suite in the 2019 Holiday Catalog and combined them with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (item #149638) from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog.
For my card design, I started with a Flirty Flamingo cardstock card base and added a layer of Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper (item #150393) to create the background. Using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies, I die cut a larger label from Flirty Flamingo cardstock and a smaller layer of Whisper White cardstock for the focal design.
Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I stamped the snowman image from the Snowman Season stamp set (item #150458) onto the Whisper White label and colored the image with Dark Pumpkin Pie, Dark Flirty Flamingo and Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blends Markers. I stamped the Let It Snow sentiment above the snowman with Coastal Cabana Classic ink. To create the look of snow, I added Snowfall Accents Puff Paint (item #150691) to the area below the snowman and heated it with my Heat Tool so that it puffs up to add texture and dimension.  I attached the label to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals, centering it on the card front.
To create the snowflakes, I die cut two of them using the smallest die from the Seasonal Layers Dies (item #143751) from a scrap of  Sparkle Glimmer Paper (item #146957). I attached the snowflakes to the card front using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals and added a large Basic Rhinestone to the top of each snowflake for a touch of bling. The Merry Christmas sentiment is from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set (item #150464) and I stamped it using Coastal Cabana Classic ink onto a scrap of Whisper White cardstock. I then punched it out using the Classic Label Punch (item #141491) and snipped off the white points on each end so that the edges are clean and straight. Using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals, I attached the sentiment to the label, layering it across the bottom of the snowman, just above the snow.
This fun, non-traditional Christmas card was simple to create and the products in the Let It Snow Suite coordinate to take all the stress out of designing this card. I hope that you have enjoyed my Christmas card and I hope it inspires you to experiment with this wonderful suite.
