ICS Beautiful Bundles Blog Hop

Welcome to the ICS Beautiful Bundles Blog Hop as we explore the amazing bundles available in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! demonstrators as they share their wonderful ideas and projects to help inspire you with your own creations. I hope that you will enjoy our blog hop.
It's hard to pick a favorite bundle in the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog, but I think mine would be the Daisy Lane Bundle (item #151118). I just love the versatility of the Daisy Lane stamp set and coordinating Medium Daisy Punch that make up this bundle and I also love that the Daisy Punch (item #143713) coordinates with the large daisy image for even more possibilities.
To create this card design, I started with Rococo Rose cardstock for the card base and added a layer of Very Vanilla cardstock as a matte for the Gray Granite cardstock layer. I stamped the stem and the fern leaf images from the Daisy Lane stamp set using Old Olive Classic ink on to the Gray Granite cardstock layer and then embossed the layer using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder (item #149643). I gently sponged the edges of the embossed cardstock using a Sponge Dauber and Gray Granite Classic ink and lightly sponged the raised bricks to give them an aged, worn look.
Using Rococo Rose Classic ink, I stamped two of the large daisy images onto Very Vanilla cardstock and punched them out using the Daisy Punch. To create the smaller daisy, I stamped the medium daisy image twice with Rococo Rose Classic ink, making sure to stamp off once to create the lighter color, onto Very Vanilla cardstock and then used the Medium Daisy Punch to punch them out. To add a touch of shimmer, I colored each of the petals with Clear Wink of Stella and then I used the Bone Folder to curl the edges of all the petals. To complete the daisy, I attached the layers using Mini Glue Dots and then attached the daisy to the card front with a Stampin' Dimensional. I added a Gold Faceted Gem (item #144141) to the center of the daisy for a touch of bling.
For the smaller daisy, I stamped the image with Rococo Rose Classic ink onto Very Vanilla cardstock and fussy cut the image with Paper Snips. I colored the stamped image with Clear Wink of Stella and attached the daisy to the card front with a Stampin' Dimensional.
To complete the card design, I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set with Versamark ink onto a scrap of Gray Granite cardstock and heat embossed it with White embossing powder. I punched out the sentiment using the 1" Circle Punch (item #119868) and then matted it onto an Old Olive cardstock circle punched with the 1 1/8" Scallop Circle Punch (item #146138). I attached the sentiment to the card front using a Stampin' Dimensional to complete the card design. I love the way these colors work together and the way the daisies pop against the distressed brick wall background.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that my card design will help inspire you to try out this bundle and explore creating your own projects with it. If you live in the U.S. and do not already have a demonstrator, please contact me and I would be happy to help you.
