All Is Bright Christmas Cards

With less than a week until Christmas, I thought I would share some of the Christmas card designs that I  have created over the past few months using products from the retiring 2018 Holiday Catalog. Today I am sharing two cards created using the beautiful All Is Bright Designer Series Paper (item #147892). I just love the photo realistic designs in this paper pack and how easy it is to create clean and simple card designs with this wonderful paper.
With this first card design, I combined the designer series paper with the Merry Christmas To All Bundle (item #149952). The Gold Glimmer Paper really makes the die cut sentiment pop and I love the way the stamped sentiment coordinates to complete the card. The Real Red 3/8" Mixed Satin Ribbon (item #147894) creates a beautiful border to all a splash of color to the card design.

My second card design was CASEd from a card I found on Pinterest, created by fellow demonstrator, France Martin aka Frenchie Stamps. I just love the clean and simple design of this card and the way the designer series paper provides the focal point of this card. The strip of Cherry Cobbler cardstock has been embossed using the Swirls & Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (item #147923) to add texture to the card. The sentiment is from the Timeless Tidings stamp set (item #148936 Clear Mount) and I am really going to miss this stamp set. It has been my go to Christmas sentiment stamp set from the 2018 Holiday Catalog.
Now is the perfect time to stock up on your favorite products from the 2018 Holiday Catalog during the Year End Closeout Sale. Many of these beautiful products are retiring and will not be available once this catalog ends January 2nd, 2019 or if they sell out.
Both the Timeless Tidings stamp set and All Is Bright Designer Series Paper are retiring. These products are perfect for traditional Christmas card designs.
The Merry Christmas To All Bundle features both the Merry Christmas To All stamp set and coordinating Merry Christmas Thinlets dies and when purchased as a bundle, you save 10%. This bundle price will no longer be available after January 2nd, 2019 but both the stamp set and die set will be available to order separately.

To take advantage of these wonderful products before they disappear, visit my Online Store here. You can place your order 24/7 and have it shipped directly to you. The Clearance Rack has also been updated and you can save up to 60% on discontinued products while supplies last.

Until Next Time.

GSF November Circles Blog Hop

It's time to hop with the Global Stamping Friends (aka GSF) October Blog Hop and this month our theme was circles. You will be visiting Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all over the world as they share their projects to help inspire you with your own creations. You may have just visited Rachel's blog or perhaps you are starting here with me. I hope that you will enjoy the projects we have to share today.

My card design today features circles as an accent to the new Snowfall Thinlets dies (item #149692), which are part of November's exclusive Snowflake Showcase. These amazing dies along with two stamp sets and a variety of coordinating products, are only available for November 1st-30th, or while supplies last.

For my card design I used Night of Navy, Balmy Blue, Whisper White and Silver for my color combination. I created the large detailed snowflake using the largest snowflake die and die cut it from the Balmy Blue layer of cardstock. I punched out  circles from Night of Navy cardstock using the 1 3/4" Circle Punch and the 2 1/4" Circle Punch. The larger circle I layered behind the center of the large snowflake and the smaller circle I attached to the center of the top of the snowflake with Stampin' Dimensionals. I die cut the center star snowflake design using one of two of the medium sized dies that layer together to create this beautiful, intricate design, and attached it to the center of the Night of Navy 1 1/4" circle.

The sentiment is from the Timeless Tidings stamp set, one of my favorite sets for Christmas sentiments in the 2018 Holiday Catalog, and I heat embossed it with Silver embossing powder along the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock layer.

For a touch of bling, I added Basic Rhinestones to the center and various points of the snowflake. I just love the way this clean and simple Christmas card looks and the way the silver pops against the Night of Navy. This card design would be great for creating multiples to send out to family and friends.

I hope that you have enjoyed my Christmas card design and I hope that it will inspire you to try the new Snowfall Thinlets dies. They are so beautiful and there are so many wonderful ways to create with them. I will be sharing more ideas here in the future.
