Stamping With Friends Retiring Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamping With Friends Retiring Blog Hop as we share projects and ideas featuring products that are retiring from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. Our Design Team Members will be showcasing a variety of products that we are saying goodbye to and showing them some love one last time before they disappear. The products on the Last Chance Retirement List are available only while supplies last or until May 2nd, so make sure to place your order for your favorites before time runs out.
For my card design today, I decided to showcase products from the retiring In The Wild Suite. I love cats, so this suite is one of my favorites and I am sorry to see these products retire. My design is a clean and simple card featuring the beautiful In The Wild Designer Series Paper combined with the Wild Cats Bundle. I love that there are dies in the bundle that can die cut out certain images in the designer series paper. I chose to die cut one of the beautiful tigers to create the focal image for my card. This monochromatic design would be perfect for the cat lover in your life or as a masculine birthday card.
Products Used:

Stampin' Dimensionals (item #104430)
Measurements:
Evening Evergreen Cardstock

Scalloped Circle die cut with the Layering Circles Dies
Sentiment Label die cut with the Stitched Rectangles Dies
Basic White Cardstock
Circle die cut with the Layering Circles Dies
In The Wild Designer Series Paper
Card Front - 5 1/4" x 4"
This clean and simple card designer is easy to assemble and requires just a few supplies to create. I love the pattern of the designer series paper and how it creates the look of the jungle for the background. I die cut the tiger from the designer series paper with the coordinating die and attached it to the Basic White cardstock circle with Stampin' Dimensionals. I attached the Evening Evergreen scalloped circle to the back of the focal circle and attached it to the card front. The sentiment was heat embossed with Silver embossing powder onto the Evening Evergreen sentiment label and attached to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I chose not to add any embellishments but you could add Linen Thread to dress up the design if you wanted to step it up.

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities March Blog Hop Safari Celebration

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities March Blog Hop as we showcase alternative projects created with the Safari Celebration Kit. You will be visiting with our Design Team Members as they share their projects and ideas to spark your creativity and help you think outside the box.
For my alternative card design, I wanted to create a design using elements from the kit combined with the In The Wild Designer Series Paper from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. I love the animal prints in this designer series paper and I thought it would be a perfect pairing to create an alternative card design. I chose to use images from the exclusive stamp set along with the sentiment labels and leaves die cuts to create a fun and uplifting all occasion card.
Products Used:
Paper Pumpkin March Safari Celebration Kit
In The Wild 12"x 12" Designer Series Paper (item #155817)
Cajun Craze Cardstock (item #119684)
Cajun Craze Classic Ink Pad (item #147085)
Bumblebee Classic Ink Pad (item #153116)
Versamark Pad (item #102283)
Metallics Embossing Powders (item #155555)
Linen Thread (item #104199)
Measurements:
Cajun Craze Cardstock
Card Base - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (Score at 4 1/4")
In The Wild Designer Series Paper
Card Front - 5 1/4" x 4"
Round Sentiment Label
Rectangle Sentiment Label
1 Bumblebee Leaf & 1 Pear Pizzazz small Leaf
This clean and simple card design is easy to create and great for creating multiple cards to help you restock your card stash. I heat embossed the sentiment with Copper Embossing Powder onto the White Circle Label and stamped the sentiment onto the Pear Pizzazz Rectangle Label with Cajun Craze Classic ink. To add some color and texture, I used the small splatter stamp to create the background with Bumblebee Classic ink onto the White Circle Label. I attached the leaves to the card front with the Mini Glue Dots in the kit and attached the circle label to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I adhered the right side of the Pear Pizzazz Label with Stampin' Seal to the White Circle Label and added a Stampin' Dimensional to the left side to attach it to the card front. To embellish the card, I added three of the pebbles to the card front as well as a bow tied with Linen Thread attached to the bottom of the circle with a Mini Glue Dot. This design would be great as a masculine card and you could change the sentiments to personalize it for a variety of occasions.
