Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities May Blog Hop as we showcase alternative project ideas using the Celebrating In Color Kit. Our talented Design Team members will be sharing their ideas and projects to help inspire you to think outside of the box to help you create your own fun alternative projects.
For my card design, I decided to use one of the elements left over from creating the cards in the kit, along with the exclusive stamp set, to create this clean and simple thank you card. For the sentiment, I used the Hello Beautiful Bundle with its modern, geometric feel. This design would work well for a masculine card for a variety of occasions.

This fun clean and simple card design is easy to assemble and a great way to use left over supplies from the kit. I used Gold embossing powder to decorate the background of the Basic White cardstock using the small dots stamp from the stamp set from the kit. Using a piece of of the Gold metallic twine from the Simple Elegant Trim, I wrapped it around the card front twice and tied a knot on the right side. I arranged the circles on the card front, adding the large Orchid Oasis circle with Stampin' Dimensionals from the kit over the twine and adhering the two smaller circles with Stampin' Seal. For the sentiment, I heat embossed the image with Gold embossing powder to coordinate with the other gold accents, and die cut it with one of the dies from the Hello Beautiful Bundle. I added the sentiment label with Stampin' Dimensionals to the card front so that it overlaps the bottom two circles. To finish off the design, I added one each of the Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide Dots from the kit. I love this color combination and how the Gold accents step up this card design.
