Ink. Stamp. Share Special November Blog Hop

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Special November Blog Hop as we share projects we are currently working on using current Stampin' Up! products. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! Demonstrators as they share their creative ideas and projects to help inspire you.

With everything that has happened this year, I have been focusing on fun and cheerful Christmas card designs to help make people smile. The Have A Hoot Bundle (item #155208) from the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog has images and sentiments that are perfect for this type of card and I paired it with the pretty Classic Christmas 6"x6" Designer Series Paper (item #155969) from the Quite Curvy Variety Bundle, which has wonderful patterns in traditional Christmas colors.

Products Used:
Have A Hoot Bundle (item #155208)
Classic Christmas 6"x6" Designer Series Paper (item #155969)
Layering Ovals Dies (item #151771)
Whisper White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon (item #151326)
Real Red Cardstock (item #102482)
Whisper White Cardstock (item #100730)
Shaded Spruce Classic Ink Pad (item #147088)
Soft Suede Classic Ink Pad (item #147115)
Basic Rhinestone Jewels (item #144220)
Measurements:
Real Red Cardstock Card Base - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (Scored 4 1/4")
Classic Christmas 6"x6" Designer Series Paper Layer - 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White Cardstock - For Oval Die Cuts
Real Red Cardstock - For Scalloped Oval Die Cuts

This clean and simple Christmas card is easy to create and simple to duplicate. The image of the owls from the Have A Hoot stamp set was stamped onto the large Whisper White oval with Soft Suede Classic ink and colored with a variety of Stampin' Blends Markers. I stamped the sentiment with Shaded Spruce Classic ink just below the image and also to the smaller Whisper White oval. To embellish the card, I added a small bow tied with Whisper White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon and I attached it to the top of the large image. For a touch of bling, I added two small Basic Rhinestones to the small oval sentiment label to complete the design. The Have A Hoot stamp set has several images suitable for creating cute Christmas cards and the Classic Christmas 6"x6" Designer Series Paper has a wonderful variety of patterns to help you create cards for all your family and friends.
