SBTD February Blog Hop Anything But A Card

Welcome to the SBTD February Blog Hop as we showcase Anything But A Card for our theme this month. As much as I love to create cards, it's always fun to think outside the box and come up with 3D project ideas.
Today I decided to create this adorable tote bag using the Dressed To Impress Bundle (item #153832) from the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog and the Golden Honey Specialty Design Series Paper (item #152311) from the 2020 Sale-a-bration Catalog. I love that we can earn this beautiful paper for free with a qualifying order during Sale-a-bration.
To create this bag, I used the dies from the All Dressed Up Dies (item #151665) to die cut the pieces of the bag from one of the sheets Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper and adhered them together with Tear & Tape Adhesive. I die cut the handles from Basic Black cardstock and also used Tear & Tape Adhesive to add them to the bag. The cute little buttons were die cut from Gold Foil and added to the bag, covering the ends of the handles on both sides, using Mini Glue Dots.
The sentiment label was die cut using one of the dies from the All Dressed Up Dies and I heat embossed the sentiment from the Dressed To Impress stamp set (item #151666) using Gold Embossing Powder. I attached the label to the front of the bag using Stampin' Dimensionals.
I just love the black, gold and white color combination of this tote bag and how elegant it looks. The great thing is that if you buy the stamp set and coordinating dies as a bundle, you save 10%. Plus, if you place a qualifying order of $50 (U.S.), you can earn this amazing designer series paper for free. It's a Win/Win situation. Just think of all the gorgeous bags you could create with these supplies.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that my pretty tote bag will inspire you to create your own projects beyond cards and see all the wonderful possibilities.

Now it's time to visit Sharleen's blog and see what wonderful project she has to share with us. Just click on the Next button to visit her blog. I hope you enjoy the rest of our blog hop.
