What's New at SU Fall

Welcome to What's New at SU Fall Blog Hop as we explore creating fun projects for the new season. You will be visiting with Stampin' Up! demonstrators as they share their ideas to help inspire you to create your own projects for Fall.
My Fall themed card today is a clean and simple design using the Gathered Leaves Dies (item #150662) and the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder (item #149634) to create the main design. This would make a wonderful Fall masculine card for a variety of occasions.
I chose to use Crumb Cake cardstock for the card base and added an Early Espresso frame that I created using the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I distressed the edges of the frame using the Golden Glitz Delicata Pigment ink from the 2019 Holiday Catalog. The background was created using Very Vanilla cardstock that I embossed with the Scripty 3D embossing folder. I added the Golden Glitz Delicata Pigment ink to the embossing folder so that the ink transferred to the cardstock when embossed. I just love the aged, vintage look it creates. The leaf was created using one of the detailed dies from the Gathered Leaves Dies that can also be found in the 2019 Holiday Catalog. The leaf was die cut from Cajun Craze cardstock and I sponged it with Soft Suede Classic ink and the Golden Glitz Delicata Pigment ink to create a distressed look that helped bring out the embossed detail of the leaf.
To complete the card, I added some of the Cajun Craze twine from the Come To Gather Ribbon Combo Pack (item #150456) around the center of the card front and tied a knot. The sentiment was created by stamping the image from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set onto a scrap of Early Espresso cardstock using Golden Glitz Delicata Pigment ink. I punched out the sentiment using the Classic Label Punch.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I hope that you enjoy my card design and I hope it inspires you to create your own fun Fall projects. If you live in the U.S. and do not already have a demonstrator, please contact me and I would be happy to help you.
