Colour Combo December Blog Hop

Welcome to the December Colour Combo Blog Hop. This month we have been challenged to use Crushed Curry, Rich Razzleberry and Gray Granite together to create a project. Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all over the world will be sharing their ideas and creations on this blog hop to inspire you to experiment with this color combination to create your own projects. You may have just visited Tracy's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope that our projects will open up a new world of possibilities for you to try.

One of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is the opportunity to get new catalog products early, before they are released to the public. Today I will be sharing a new stamp set and new thinlets dies set from the 2019 Occasions Catalog to create a fun clean and simple card design.

The main focal point of this card design has been created using a sentiment from the new stamp set, Amazing Life, which I stamped using Gray Granite Classic ink onto Whisper White cardstock. I colored the banner of the image with Crushed Curry Classic ink and Blender Pen and then I colored the word "Happy" with Rich Razzleberry Classic ink and a Blender Pen. I added Clear Wink of Stella for a touch of shimmer to the sentiment. To add some texture, I embossed the Whisper White cardstock layer with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

The Butterfly die cuts were created using two of the new thinlets dies from the Butterfly Beauty Thinlets dies. I cut the sold image from Rich Razzleberry cardstock and the detailed outline from Crushed Curry cardstock and layered them on top of each other. I colored several Basic Rhinestones with the Dark Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Marker and added them to the body of each butterfly for a little bling.

I just love the cheerful, happy feel of this card design and it's perfect for brightening up someone's day. I hope that my card design provides you with inspiration to try this color combination and explore the possibilities.

Now it's time to visit Tanja's blog and see what she has to share this month. Just click the Next button below to visit her blog. I hope that you enjoy our blog hop this month.

There are so many wonderful new products in the New 2019 Occasions Catalog that will be available for customers to order beginning January 3rd, 2019. If you live in the U.S. and do not have a demonstrator, please contact me and I would be happy to send you a catalog.

Until Next Time.
Happy Stampin',
